What Signal is

Signal is a platform by The Renewed Collection that lets you wear a shirt carrying a personal message. Each shirt includes a unique QR code. When someone scans it, they see the message you chose to carry that day. By using Signal — including purchasing a shirt, creating an account, or scanning a QR code — you agree to these terms.

Who can use Signal

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Signal account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agrees to these terms on your behalf.

Content guidelines

Signal exists to spread positive, encouraging, and genuine messages between strangers. Your message is public — anyone who scans your QR code will see it. You are responsible for what you choose to carry.

Messages must not contain:

• —Hate speech, slurs, or content targeting any group
• —Threats, harassment, or bullying
• —Sexual or explicit content
• —Content that promotes self-harm
• —Spam, advertising, or promotional material
• —Links or URLs
• —Political messaging or propaganda
• —Content designed to deceive or manipulate

All messages are subject to automated and human review. We may remove or flag any message that violates these guidelines, and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.

Your account

Your Signal account is tied to your email address and QR code. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used harmfully.

Physical products

Shirts are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Our rights

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Signal after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time.

Limitation of liability

Signal is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent order.
